    this article says that CNP have 672 shopping centres in the US, and 129 in Aust/New Zealand.

    so 800 shopping centres/malls. divide that by the total reported debt of $6 billion and you end up with an avg of $7.5 million per shopping centre. not bad if you consider that the avg house in australia now sells for at least $500k and you cant earn an income from the roof over your head in most circumstances.

    if you look at some of the locations of their australian shopping centres alone some of these centres are prime investments.

    the US link states that its US properties alone are valued at $17.5 billion.

    i hope im right but i think hindsight will prove to show what an amazing opportunity CNP has been at these prices.
