I have done it from time to time. But I have only once pulled the profit out (Barron's fault and his beer talk got to me) So I have accumulated about 9000 shares for free (albeit without tax).

Boredom gets the better of me sometimes. So sometimes I play and win and sometimes I play and loose, sometimes I don't have the stones to sell as I worry I might have to pay more to get back to where I was, IMHO the real money is going Long.
