Was expecting a volatile year on the share market and it might be interesting
to hear the Press Club speaker this week. I think it is to be economist Nicki Huntley speaking.

Solid timber flooring in the lounge would be worth more than than it cost to build this humble 70' home.

Floating timber/laminate flooring can be cheap, bit more for quality and simple to lay. Lot's and lot's of colours and textures
