this cannot be price sensitive - this is more about the general tide in favour of KNL with the two major govt we are interested in actually talking - if KNL has the right backing from Germany, then a few words in its favour could have been mentioned during these talks and the file could have gone from the bottom of the pile to the very top... this is how inter govt talks happen and facilitate their businesses to get a preferential treatment - we are well overdue for some good turn of events - may be this is the start...
