@Luke164, ALL Shareholders have the right to be given up to date and informative information from the company they have invested their hard earned money. It is not an entitlement, but a right! The company is obligated to provide accurate and timely information, not to individuals, but to the entire shareholder base, at the same time. So I am absolutely astounded that an alleged text message conversation from the CEO of a company was sent to an individual shareholder and not to all shareholders. What is purported in the text in and of itself could be construed, if in fact it was sent by a CEO in such a time when announcements would be considered highly sensitive. Would you not agree?
