In response to your call for Court related documents. this may be of interest. Apologies if you have already seen this but it gives the details of the case from January 2018.
It seems Mayne are listed only as 'additional conspirator' as opposed to 'core conspirator', and only have the one drug involved ( Mayne ). The main issue, in my view, is that Heritage (Emcure) and Mylan are being id'd as the ring leaders in the Doxycycline if you read 504 - 506. The last page of who and how many of their products are involved is very revealing. More recent court docs that I don't have access to at the moment also suggest that this won't come to court until after Sept this year. So maybe a larger player has got tired of waiting.
However the overall cost to Mayne, I think will be limited, but the length of time these things come to fruition is killing the share price for the time being.
