Hi,
I believe charting theory is that the charts take account of all this outside influence.

I do not know too much about OXR's fundamentals, that's why I have just commented on the chart, something I can make sense of without having to spend many hours in research. Some traders do very well ONLY using charts.

For my purchases/sales I use a combination of fundamentals and charts and will at times ignore charts.
