SML, is a bit difficult because it is owned by shareholders, of which LOM is one, so if we get more shares there will have to be something given back in return. The Kimberlite JV (If that’s the right name for it) is easier, nothing is set in stone there, so there is room for manoeuvring.
But to answer your question ‘No’ - except I think there’s a new law going through the parliament about allowing greater % holdings by foreign entities; we await further news.
