They have until open on Tuesday to make the announcement or request an extension to the TH.

If Centro seize the opportunity for this to be a positive PR message, then they will want to make the ann today so they can get max coverage in the weekend press.

One thing I don't understand is why the ASX has not published the letter from CNP or CER requesting the TH. The ann says 'at the request of the Group' but we can't see the request being made as we normally would. This could be for all manner of reasons I guess.
