I don't see this as a negative at all. Don't know what's wrong with you guys. An extra 3% in interest and a plan to significantly reduce debt by Sept next year is just as good as a refinance deal in place. If you think about it, the banks have actually agreed to refinance the debt without having to sign any documents so they keep AFG assets in their control. This is a win win situation and as somebody else mentioned, the 30 day extension periods are very likely to continue into next year.
