Re my earlier comment about MIN's plant, here is the statement from 13th March:
MINERAL RESOURCES AND HAZER
PILOT PLANTS UPDATE
• Hazer FBR Pilot Plant successfully relocated to Mineral Resources Kwinana site and re-commissioned.
• Mineral Resources PTR Pilot Plant construction completed, and commissioning commenced.
PERTH, AUSTRALIA; 13 MARCH 2019: Hazer Group Limited (ASX:HZR) is pleased to announce the relocation of its Fluidised Bed Reactor Pilot Plant (FBR Pilot Plant) from Sydney to Kwinana in Perth has been completed and Hazer is ready to re-commence its pilot testing program. The Hazer FBR Pilot Plant is now located next to the Paddle Tube Reactor Pilot Plant (PTR Pilot Plant) which is being developed by Mineral Resources Limited (ASX:MIN) in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement executed by Hazer and Mineral Resources Limited in December 2017.
We are pleased to advise that Mineral Resources has commenced commissioning of the PTR Pilot Plant.
So I stand corrected - and assume inside one of the nearby sheds *is* a PTR Pilot plant:
