that would sound right, legal complications would arise from doing such a thing. Of course, that doesnt mean that they couldnt consider issuing more options to not only existing shareholders from IPO but also the new ones though a separate issue. I guess it would all depend on how many shares were still held by original IPO holders by the time the existing option issue came around. Just a thought :-))
