There is the obvious risk that this peteers out into nothing, leaving many with substantial losses...
however, the pre agreed acquisition deal was structured in different way to what they intend to do.. with the smallscale production thing, the whole deal needs renegotiation, and that can only be done after they have a realistic plan for the smallscale production.. for which they need solid pretesting of the metallurgy and overall processes etc... they are in the middle of that now... the delay should continue for some time, but such is life..
