And below is an excerpt from 2016 when the CE was rejected: "During January and February 2016, the Company prepared detailed responses to outstandingquestions received from the Notified Body. The Company has been advised that the issues raisedin three memoranda from the Notified Body have now been closed out;• the Company is currently finalising a response with material it expects to be completed forsubmission to the Notified Body within the next two to three weeks;• The Notified Body plans to schedule a face to face meeting with the Company as a means ofaddressing the material and any questions, as soon as practicable."
Based on the above statement, the issues raised had been "closed out" in early 2016. Apparently not.
So what's different now? other than the same bs is being spewed out in 2019.
