Hubei iTEST national expansion plans - Part 2In November 2018, iTEST went to Chengdu in Sichuan Province for the Chinese Society of Highway Operations Management Branch Road 2018 Annual Academic Conference, where they first demonstrated Aspiral MABR sewage treatment to national China Highway Association members, and signed preliminary cooperation agreements with customers in Shaanxi and Henan provinces.
This week, iTEST subsidiary company Xiecheng Environmental Protection Company went to Hefei in Anhui Province to the 19th National Expressway Service Area Management training course. This event was again hosted by the China Highway Association and co-organised by iTEST. On stage, Xiecheng made a presentation entitled "Characteristics and Treatment Technology Analysis of Wastewater Treatment in Expressway Service Areas."
This report comprehensively analyzed the characteristics and difficulties of sewage treatment in service areas, and detailed the successful experience of renovating Xiaogan Service Area to include Aspiral MABR sewage treatment.
It received a positive response from attendees, has led to further promotion of decentralized sewage treatment (MABR) in the national expressway service areas, and has laid further ground in iTEST's expansion of its environmental protection business plans.
This is a further positive step, as iTEST look to meet and expand on it's initial 3 year, minimum $45 million USD, 66,000 m3/d MABR contract.
