Assuming my understanding regarding the reports and summary below were correct, it appeared that JAT has very positive financial position. This definitely bring positive numbers to this Q!!! That's the reasons we don;t need CR.
Considering the outstanding receivable and inventory, looks like JAT actually generated decent cash flow last Q and only 144k net loss in Sep 18. What do you think?
P/S : Provisions are EARNOUTs fro Sunnya and GF, therefore excluded in the operating cost.
