WOW!!! Selling the main source of income? What happened to all of the "OUTLOOK IS POSITIVE" messages in the announcements? What happened to the TOYOTA OEM business? What happened to the Beston merger the DDT board spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on??
Not a word from the board on any of it.
So the rumors were correct - to sell the dot business, give the TRACE marketing rights to some company, relocate to Sydney foreshore and in a nice office sit back and hope for the best (until the cash runs out in a few years time). And screw anybody else.
Absolutely incredible. If the board gets away with this, the shareholders will be really stiffed. "Lucky" me I sold my holding after 7 years the last takeover attempt - huge loss. Obviously the board does not care about the shareholders.
And if anyone will believe that they can make business run solely with the TRACE, dream on. ALL of the businesses selling TRACE are going under - just look at YPB, ADNAS, Brandwatch, AUTHETIX, TRACETAG just to mention few. All long term struggling and amassing losses. The jokers at DDT can't do any better. Their track record clearly show it. They did not do anything ion the last 10 years with it and all of the sudden they can?
I really feel sorry for all of the remaining shareholders.
