The fact & track record remains that the behaviour of at least 2 politicians (members of the current government) are responsible for continually impeding a foreign company that has abided with all laws and operational mandates imposed on it from day 1.
I couldn't care less that minister Redzuan has been quoted as saying Malaysia is open for business. His government, in Lynas' case, is quite the opposite.
If I was Malaysian I wouldn't be concerned about WES takeover of LYC. I'd be much more concerned about the relationships of some of it's elected politicians and mainland China.
