Looking at touching .185 maybe this is the bottom of 'C' only going by length so far(w1 daily range), 'C' can be 1.618, .618, .5 of length 'A' and really needs to bounce up, like you say north of .20 is needed, atm its right on the mark.
The larger 'C' ends up at .145
