With recent volumes and more particular the last 7.7Mill acquired before trading halt today, you wouldn't have to be sceptic to think this person was in the know.
An Agreement, would be my punt. Someone will want to secure this Nickel, this will be worth a fortune in years to come as world supply dimishes? is the resource worth 30 Billion at todays money, so to tip in about hundreds of Millions now to recoup Billions its a good punt. This resource will recovered.
