Yes, with it trading this thin it could easily hit $4.50
I do not for how long, but I see its a constituent of some ETF's : WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Fund IOPV, WisdomTree International Equity Index, WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index, WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Fund IOPV
If these guys need to grow units in the funds they just buy, and don't wait for the share price to recede to a particular level.
Its good to see it more investors universe. Lets hope that type of coverage increases
