It settled quicker than stated in news articles...I think.

The we didnt get much info in the financials when they eventually announced them..

I made a comment but dont know anything about accounting..

Then another reference in a later news article stated that CS did not have much info from Stella recently..

I have seen 'Stella' attending conferences etc in Europe re travel Agents and some training going on too.

Lots of advertising diappeared off ninemsn..
but email advertising is used a lot probably from the old databases..

Global downturn may not help travel industry.

CVC is private equity and probalby doesnt have to report now.
The finaciers for OCV would have to get some details I imagine.
Such a pity Stella was sold so hastily..and it appears that CVC is not communicating very much with OCV or OCV shareholders..
They dont have any obligations to us.
