A lot of unanswered questions
1. When did they know about Kfw agreement lapsed.
2. Why was there no announcement
3. If their reappointment is price sensitive why isn't the lapsing of the agreement also price sensitive.
4. Why is there a reappointment. Are there differences between the previous and new and how material is it.
A lot of us invested thinking finance was imminent but apparently it wasn't even close. What was the BOD trying to hide
