I have a similar sized holding to Pioupiou and feel that spp's short change us, as, unlike a normal rights issue, that, reflects the size of your holding, a spp limits you to only $15,000 worth of additional stock, which can, also, be scaled back. This is the same number of shares as someone with a tenth of our holdings. These things are not a fair reward for investors who show faith in a company by building a decent sized holding. Obviously I will probably take up this miserable offer as I grit my teeth.
