No regulation Baron, Like Superanuation. If you guys have kids in the workforce make sure they are getting their super paid into a fund. A lot of employers have not been paying it just taking it out of their pay but not putting it into a fund.

My brothers Daughter just finished an apprenticeship as a baker and her boss had not paid she super for two years and not she has lost the co-contribution for the first year and has to get the contributions in before end of FY or will loose 2nd year of co-contribution from government.

Taxation Dept is supposed to monitor the situation but are doing sweet FA as snowed under. And I see the upside for the government!
