If you look at the MIN graph prior to the Announcement of the Sale of a % of their Li Mine...

You note a drastic move down prior to the Announcement... YES insider manipulation to sweeten the deal no doubt.

Note the date of the MIN announcement and the corresponding drop in price on the graph

from the 09/11/18 to 21/11/18.

How convenient?? to let Albemarle in at a great VWAP.

Is the same thing happening - going to happen to PLS - undoubtably - feels like it has already started

On the Plus side - this means a lot more to PLS and depending on who and what the deal is.

I would like to think well north of $1 by the time the ink has had 2 weeks to dry - but we will see - devil in the detail.

The deal seemed to add approximately 25% to MIN share price and MIN is a $3 Billion dollar company.

So there is a good chance this will be worth at least 50% to our $1.4 Billion company - but could be worth

more as KB is after value add not just a JV.

Closing thoughts - 75 cents + 50% (or more) = $1.12 ballpark

With a caveat... for the shorters to consider

MIN had only 4% short at the time of the Announcement - from which point they exited quickly.

The shorters were scattered from 4% of the company down to less than .5%

That would rocket our price.
