APT concerns, page-37

I just went to make my first purchase with APT for a pair of shoes at 150 and was turned down. I have a top-level credit rating and have always paid all my bills on time. I am retired so I guess that could be the reason but I am not short of a dollar or two.

Is APT trying to control problem spending in the helpless sector, causing it to lose good paying customers?

I was a bit surprised to be honest with you and wondered why??????
