Strategic review was flagged as being a 3 month process, suspect appointment of receivers for Joey's shares has slowed that process. Hard for any debt restructuring to occur until the outcome of this process is known as business essentially ends up having a new controlling shareholder. Does anyone know exactly how the receivership process works? Either way an update from DNA likely comes given now gone past 3 month deadline, but unlikely much progress IMO.
