Personally I think we are seeing unconscious long term retail buyers buying at whatever cost. As holder I'm not fussed but often drivers like this work into overbought conditions and the retrace becomes more dramatic the higher it goes, without any follow up good news to sustain the momentum. The real concern is if an internal or broader negative market condition triggers a panic selling scenario then we could see up to a $1 pull back IMO. As for the debt, I am no accountant but debt is not necessarily a bad thing from an accounting perspective.
