You should read as much as you can, Daryl Guppie's books are excellent. Watch the market and learn about position sizing and risk management.....It will save you heaps...

The indicators I use are MACD, Momentum, Slow Stochastic and the RSI.

But I agree the best place to start is with price and volume if you get a handle on these two you are streets ahead of people who rely strictly on indicators.

Moat importantly, before buying any share, do your own research.... You have seen that written so many times but it is the best bit of advice you will ever get.
