I just received an email from stock head that i am a subscriber to and i am glad i didn’t invest in GLA after all. Their will be 390ML shares to be issued to acquire the project plus more need for a CR which will blow dilution past the 2BL range. Stock head reports it’s not a good deal that GLA has done because of dilution be damned and dilution of issuing more shares over and over and over again. To me, this sounds similar to what’s happened at VEC thats going on with GLA at the moment. GLTAH’s anyway, I wish you guys all the best with this GLA play.
