160m shares to be issued on conclusion of DD and start of exploration (assume both happen)
Takes it to roughly 1.5bn SOI. Minimum exploration spend of $500k.
Expect they raise around $1m post DD to pay exploration and G&A.
So probably another 500m shares unless the price gets up
Will definitely end up around 2bn SOI early on in the process.
