Possibly, but not immediately, I hope. I suspect that the key director will be Heath Sumrow , the Ramas rep. If he reports back to Mr Betanabhatla that FDM's future looks grim, then Ramas will likely push for a takeover; if he is optimistic, then Ramas may decide to back a raise to increase the leaseholding, which WF would probably agree to.
As far as I can tell, there are no shareholders with the numbers to have any influence. Yeager, the two Clarkes and Camuglia own (or owned) about 100 million between them, which is less than 10% of the total issued. So what WF and Ramas want, they will probably get. Retail shareholders... Who?
