CCP in trouble? Cap raise after directors dumped on market. Red flag, page-5

That guy selling is the Chairman, Donald Wvan McLay, who has been selling selling down his large holding for years - sometimes buying, but generally selling. On 27 November 2012, shares held by parties linked to Donald McLay were:

I have no idea what the average buy price was, but for the want of a guesstimate, I'll moot about a 25% of the current SP. One can see at disallowed/business/debt-collection-turns-out-quite-the-family-affair-20100618-ymz7.html that he was buying up big at about $2.50 some ten years ago.

Also, I do not know what his interest in the shares held by Torres Industries is, and whether he is the individual who decides to buy or sell such shares. Over the last half dozen years there have been acquisitions and disposals, but in recent years, mainly disposals. I personally do not believe one can read too much into the disposals. As of 8 March 2019, the holdings are:

Don is about 69 years old. Although I do not know, I imagine that he is, or his family are, the substantial owners of Torres Industries. He once was, via Torres Industries, a significant shareholder in Clime, and its chairman, but he has since resigned, and substantially wound down that investment. The odd thing was that he invested in Clime at a time when Clime was involved in a class action against CCP.
