What You’re Offered
The work is part-time only. If you’re really valuable other/more work may evolve.
The working hours are relatively flexible and you aren’t tied to set hours (providing you get what’s needed completed), so this might suit you if you’re looking for something during weekdays. Weekend work is not possible at this stage.
Number of hours per week would be between 4 to 16 hours.
Hourly rate will be dependent on prior experience and what I feel you can offer.

What I’m After
I’m drowning in work and I need your help with everything from completing my washing to going to the post office to food shopping to buying presents for family birthdays.
In summary, you need to be someone who can work effectively as a two-person team to get more things done so I am free to build my business. Are you this person?
I’m not looking for strictly a professional housekeeper and neither am I looking for strictly a personal assistant…kind of a virtual wife. So, you need to be humble enough to do my washing as wall as savvy enough to make appointments with professional people.
You need to be presentable and personable, as you may sometimes be involved with business activities and represent me. You need to be highly organised so I’m confident you’ll get things done that I ask. You need to be an effective communicator because I’m short on time. You need to demonstrate you are trustworthy and that you will maintain my privacy at all times.
It is absolutely imperative that you be reliable and dependable and be there when you say you will including during school holidays.
Ideally you are: An Australian resident with English as a first language Reliable Professional Presentable Excellent organiser Able to complete domestic household chores Able to handle administrative duties
Other desirable skills include (if your skills extend to this): Fluent with computers (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel) Touch type Web site development (to any extent) Bookkeeping Attention to detail Ability to just get things done

Washing Ironing Weekly shopping (organic food) Stacking fridge and cupboards Making lunches (based on planned menu) Pre-preparing dinners (based on planned menu) Preparing cat’s weekly (food based on planned menu) Vacuuming Emptying dishwasher General cleaning of living areas Picking up/dropping off dry-cleaning Collecting mail from post office Filing receipts for bookkeeping Cleaning work shoes Cleaning bed sheets Maintaining one bedroom Maintaining one study Getting car detailed Put wheelie bins in/out Pick up newspapers and mail in letter-box Organising and buying gifts (family, relatives, clients) Brushing cat Filling out forms and paperwork Filing Typing/document formatting Making personal appointments (dentist, mechanic, doctor, etc) Research via www.google.com Other random and odd tasks as required
