Just a clarification: These are not the Cokal Board members that you were/are aware of. PT means the 'biggest of companies' CV is a small company like Aussie small business. PT BBM is a company in its own right and owns 100% of the BBM mining lease. Cokal owns 60% of PT BBM. PT TBAR owns 100% of TBAR Cokal owns 75% of PT TBAR.
Both PT BBM and PT TBAR have Boards. It is these 2 Boards to which these Directors have been appointed.
I would like to see the composition of these boards of these 2 companies.
