Who has a big portfolio like MMS to acquire ECX?
They have 1.8B in debt. If you deduct all their assets and cash, there are millions to pay the gap.
The uncertainty is that their revenue and profit downgrade so much based on MMS due diligence.
Until you pull the rug out, you won't know how many cockroaches there are.
Their financial report will likely to have lot of bad news.
