I recall when the extension announcement came out last time, it went from 47c (previous close before TH) to hit a high of 56c.

An increase of approx. 20% (and that was with conditions attached to the extension).

Therefore if the conditions are met (as reported), you would have to think higher than 20%, hence from 38c, i.e an increase to 46c approx (as a minumum)

Also with speculation about asset sales (to be announced in the short term), should see the 50c-60c range reached as a minimum.
