Nothing in this world stays steady or on top for ever. Looks like the Saudis have had their way for way too long and their extravagant spending is slowly coming to haunt them. Problem is that they need to keep the citizens happy by buying them. The US is also trying their best to stay on top as a world policeman, but for how long? Very soon they'll have to build more aircraft carriers!
