    So from what you know, aside from the price possibly being less, is there any disadvantage to holding through the entire process when it is a combined cash/script take over compared to selling out beforehand?

    I would also guess that these situations trigger a TH prior to announcement and once that happens you're stuck with whatever the deal/outcome is?
