You need to consider your individual circumstances.
Do you need the money now or can you wait (potentially months).
Have you held your shares for at least 12 months, if yes then you get a Capital Gains tax discount.
If no then hang on to your script (at the risk of the share price falling) for at least 12 months.
The biggest risk in hanging on is that the price falls (bird in the hand etc).
