I respect the current management and the achievements.
AND: It is the "sad" job of management to be permanently unsatisfied, searching for further potentials and further improvements and also executing the findings.
There needs to be a culture for constructive discussion for the further development. There is not much space for being self complacent. All this I see in the management - they do not need a defender.
Constructive discussions usually are fact based discussions.
I do not understand why we do not want to generate the facts. All other discussion is reading the tea leaves, philosophical, political and generates only emotions.
Only facts count!
