We all know they were going for two ground stations. They said they could do it with one, but were opting for two so they had a backup.
The prospectus simply says that they will need a ground station. It doesn't say that they have to purchase or build a dedicated ground station all of their own. Subsequent to this prospectus they have said they intend to share existing facilities.
Again, we all know that users will need equipment such as wifi hotspot terminals. It seems you can buy them from Beeptool now. Probably off the shelf equipment that has been rebranded with an SAS logo. Customers will purchase them. I'm sure they have a supplier with the ability to pump them out as required. Doesn't mean SAS has to spend a fortune of developing and making this stuff.
