( ie: beat three eggs and fry in pan with some REAL butter like a thin pancake. Let cool and cut the pancake into strips to suit the consistency of the other bits and pieces in your particular fried rice. Add it to your wok together with all COOKED ingredients of similar shape and size [apart from the rice, whhich is the smallest cooked ingredient] In the wok are all ingredients which have been cooked already; eg Onions, finely chopped, garlic, bacon, a bit of mince, all fried together with a bit of sesame oil. NO OLIVE OIL please, whether virgin or not. If your fried rice contains any raw vegetables, fry the together with the above mix, but its not advisable as they add too much liquid to the mix. Use canned veggies instead, eg peas or champion stems and pieces. A vert modest amount of 5-spice powder witll help to give it that "Chinese" taste apart from the sesame oil.
Never ever wash your wok. Clean it with paper towels instead.
