Good on our chairman and board. This is a bold move and good to see they are prepared to make tough descisions and do whatever is required to move this company forward.

A big thanks to AT for his role in turning around the company. He did a remarkable job in turning it around and unless he is being parked in his new role just for transition , hopefully he will still be around to help wheel and deal going forward.

Upon reflection, AT did seem under the pump in the last couple of conference calls. Likely they would have gone through the search process in a transparent manner so he would have known this was going down which would have been difficult for him.

The board obviously thinks that Simon is a better choice to lead the company in the next stage of our evolution and good on them on making a bold decision in the best interest of the shareholders!
