Nice bounce today but still very undervalued. The one thing that stands out a bit for me is that they're still saying the refinery restart will take 18-24 months after selecting a feedstock. The references for that are the engineering studies the company commissioned. It will be quicker than that though, as some work has already begun, and if cobalt hydroxide is chosen, as it already appears to be really, then the restart will be quicker than suggested in the engineering studies owing to the exclusion of the autoclave circuit. Cash flow will be sooner than 18-24 months from refinery activities for this company in my opinion
