Ann: Update on Grant of the Chuscal Exploration Licences, page-15

After the merger, consolidation and wrap up of everything, share price should be dictated by exploration/drilling results (and from hereon in too) and could go anywhere depending on the results that come our way.

With such a massive and prospective tenement package now, it wouldn't surprise me that Jason and the backers get a another Major (apart from AngloGold at Chuscal) to JV one or more of the prospects/projects that Andes are bringing in.

I've posted this previously:

- Will own a massive portfolio within 30km's of 40Moz Gold
- Sandfire Reources (SFR) to become Major holder of MNC (currently own ~20% of Andes)
- Andes (and new MNC) Directors to become Major holders of MNC (currently own 25% of Andes)
- Raising $4m cash
- Chuscal to be drilled shortly
- RMB payment to be settled via $2.5m in shares
- Andes tenements right next to Nick's/Anglo's massive $40B+ Nuevo Chaquiro discovery (one gold/copper porphyry target is 22km's away)

Just watched the video and our new (potential) MD just oozes confidence – watch the video and see what y’all think after watching it.

Not sure how many times he mentioned/compared Andes’ portfolio to SolGold/Cascabel/AngloGold/Nuevo Chaquiro/Large Porphyry System – might have been around 20 times???

Newmont/Continental Gold/Buritica got about 10 mentions too.

He also mentions that:
- Directors paid $2.5m for a 25% stake in Andes
- Sandfire Resources (SFR) recently paid $2m for their ~20% stake
- Other big boys on the register did similar
- 100Moz Gold discovered in the last 6 years in the area
- 65Moz discovered within a 30km radius of Andes’ tenements, in every direction
- 14,000 surface samples taken so far ("explored" 10% of their tenements)

Have a watch of this Continental Gold video that @christy41 just shared/mentioned which has some details on Continental Gold's Buritica project in Colombia which our new MD compares the Andes' tenements to, about 10 times in his presentation:



Buritica will be the biggest gold mine in Colombia and one of the largest and highest-grade gold mines in the world.

Current resource is 34.3mt @ 10.23g/t Au for 11.2Moz, with
- "major resource growth anticipated"
- "no known limits to its growth potential"

Let that sink in and then watch that first video of our MD talking about the Andes' projects.

And then there's Chuscal too which will be drilled shortly and cash has been raised already.

So, anything could happen but we'll wait and see and let the exploration/drilling do the talking.

We're all guessing about future events and share price but imo this could turn into something massive and then again could turn into something not so massive - the exploration game - but with the information that's out there, I'm quietly confident that the new merged company and its assets and backers will do just fine from here.

Here's something else I've posted already:

I don’t think the likes of Sandfire and other big Investors/Funds on the register throw millions of dollars at a Company unless they see it going somewhere/plan to make it go somewhere.

So, if MNC is good enough to back for these investors:

- AngloGold (third-biggest gold producer in the world)

- Sandfire (billion dollar ASX resource Company)

- IFM Investors (Investment Fund with AUD$117 billion under management)

- Treadstone Partners (Corporate Advisors for some big deals: IGO, SIR, EVN, GOR, DCN, etc)

and good enough for Directors to throw millions of their cash into then it’s good enough for little ol' me.
