    Hi Fergus,

    It seems to me that the key to this will be the offtake arrangements.

    Ti O2 is pretty much an oligopoly market situation.
    That means if you produce too much of the stuff you can't sell it unless you have a new application and you are effectively marketing it yourself.

    The aim of the Demo Plant is to prove a commercially realistic upscale.

    The BHP/APG agreement seems to give each party flexability.
    BHP can combine with any one they like...(say Cristal) should they choose...or go it alone and stump up the cash.

    If BHP doesn't step up to the plate APG is free to spruik to any other Ti O2 supplier.........but it is definitely only another industry participant that will go for it.(maybe they will not need project finance where the balance sheets are strong enough)
