I presume that this the Facebook comment you're referencing?

I'm not particularly phased by one comment whose Facebook suggests that they are 'still working at FBR as an electrician.' The post was in reference to the expanding team from different specialisations.

If a current employee posted that, they would be fired, no questions asked. 99% of Employee contracts, especially those from an R&D company, have clauses to prevent & limit their employees from talking negatively and/or sharing information that could be compromising.

If I was to hazard a guess, the guy was made redundant and/or dismissed through his own personal wrongdoings. He is now bitter at the organisation.

They posted 3 job applications for electrical engineers at the end of March + The media Marketing/Stakeholder Advisor (who they seem to have hired in the last week) and a graduate computer engineer.

Each to their own though.
