This is what is so wrong with small companies on the ASX and lack of oversight by the ASX and ASIC. Here will be another company where the shareholders will be screwed over through B of D being able to write the remuneration and employment conditions for themselves and CEO's. No doubt the small print will show that if he resigns or the company is merged that he can walk away with 6 months + of pay and benefits, share options for staying in the job etc.
